With the help of the elegant staff, we had a fun stay. We loved the accommodating rooms and beautiful garden. Central downtown location, relatively near san jose airport. Our room had a great bed and an INCREDIBLE view.

Staff were very honest and we loved our being there. Marvellous, appropriate room with double beds, a working air conditioner, for example. The rooftop restaurant was very clean, they served good food. Furthermore, the area was relaxing.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of savoury food. The staff was willing to help to ensure I had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel took care of the extraordinary service too. Perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to Bay 101 Casino: )

The bathroom I had was dirty.

This place is perfect to stay if you visit winchester house. The hotel interior was nice. I recommend you to eat at Sushi Kan, that is set 500 feet away;))
